Refund policy

At 4 Season Skin, we take pride in creating handmade, natural skincare products with care and attention. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged during delivery. In that case:

    •    You must provide photo proof of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

    •    Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis to determine eligibility for a replacement.

    •    Approved claims will result in a replacement product being sent at no additional cost.

 

We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before purchasing and to store products as directed for best results.
