How long does processing take?
All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days (U.S. domestic shipping). You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, addresses cannot be changed. In rare cases, exceptions may be made with an additional fee. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
What should I know about product storage?
• Our Aloe & Turmeric Face Wash should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
• Some products may arrive frozen to help preserve freshness. Simply allow them to thaw in the refrigerator before use.
• Store products in a cool, dry place when not refrigerated.
Why does the color of my serum or face wash look different?
Because our products are handmade using natural, raw ingredients, color and consistency may vary from batch to batch. This is normal and does not affect product performance.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
