How long does processing take?
All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Sale order processing time: Sale orders may incur longer processing time due to high demands. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
How long does shipping take?
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days (U.S. domestic shipping). You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No, we are unable to modify the shipping address after an order has been submitted. To avoid delays or delivery issues, please review your address carefully before placing your order.

My Aloe + Turmeric Cleanser is made without harsh sulfates or foaming agents. A rich lather is not required to cleanse the skin. Instead, this formula gently cleanses while helping maintain your skin’s natural moisture barrier.

How To Use
- Shake well before each use.
- Apply to damp skin.
- Massage into the skin for 30-60 seconds.
- For best results, use with an exfoliating washcloth.
- Rinse and follow with the Radiance Repair Serum.
What should I know about product storage?
• Our Aloe & Turmeric Face Wash should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
• Some products may arrive frozen to help preserve freshness. Simply allow them to thaw in the refrigerator before use.
• Store products in a cool, dry place when not refrigerated.
Why does the color of my serum or face wash look different?
Because our products are handmade using natural, raw ingredients, color and consistency may vary from batch to batch. This is normal and does not affect product performance.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds at any time. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, all sales are final.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
